This 1980's terrace has been given a really strong identity through mid-century design choices and we used some reclaimed materials to enhance this feel.
Old Iroko workbenches from a school chemistry lab were used for the worktop, and we added birch plywood cabinet doors with a dove grey Formica face.
Square finger pulls, rather than handles, were set into the face of the doors instead of at the edge for a distinctive and contemporary look, which turned out to be the client's favourite touch.
