We worked closely with our clients, whom we know well from their previous home, to create a practical but refined family kitchen and dining room as part of a joinery package for an entire Victorian townhouse in Hackney. In this impressive space, the cabinetry spans the kitchen, dining room, storage benches, and shelving.
The carcasses are made from tough birch plywood coated in a low-VOC, clear water-based lacquer. Doors and panels are crafted from European oak with a natural white oil finish. Reeded oak adds some nice detail to the wall cupboards and the back of the island. The worktops are made from hard-wearing quartz.
